Your voice
When you hold the mic, your recording is sent to our speech service to be turned into text, and we do not keep the audio. You see the text before anything happens with it. On the website demo, your browser's own speech service does this instead, and nothing reaches us.
Your review
Nothing is posted for you. You copy the text and post it yourself from your own Google account. If you ask us to tidy your words, or tap options, that text goes to our AI service, and we keep it so that a business does not get the same wording twice. When you copy your review for Google, the business also sees it and your star rating on its dashboard.
Telling the owner only
If you choose this, your message goes to the owner and not to Google, along with your name and phone number if you chose to give them. Both are optional.
What else we keep
We count visits to each QR code, the stars you tapped, and whether you went on to Google. We use a scrambled form of your network address to stop abuse. We do not sell any of this.
Removing your details
Email reviewmagnet.team@gmail.com and we will delete the review or message you sent, along with your name and number.
